- A summer tip, from me to you -
Now as the days are becoming warmer and longer it feels to many of us as if our skin becomes more greasy by the day. So, to prevent impurities to “ruin our days” and to keep a fresh and glowing summer skin I suggest peeling your skin regularly.
One of the most hyped beauty products amongst beautybloggers the last few years is MACs Volcanic Ash Exfoliator. Yes, volcanic ashes really is one of the main ingredients in this peeling and this is said to have a very cleaning effect on the skin. It also include sugar crystals that function as peeling. So this fantastic product features a great two-in-one effect that is both cleansing and removes dead skin cells.
This exfoliator was originally a limited edition product, but due to the popularity it is now has a steady place in the shelves.

I don’t know about you, but I find Essie to have the best nail polish on the market!
The other day I found this chic version of a French manicure. These beautiful nails have been polished with one layer “Au Natural”, and then one layer of “Licorice” at the tip, followed by one layer of “Matte about you” to create the matte effect. So cool, so right. Check out the bottles at the end of the page.
This look will look great both now and for the fall. But on these sunny days I would swap the black for a hint of neon though. Maybe the coral hue “Tart Deco” from the same brand.

Rumour has is that the summer will arrive at the end of this week. Rokjesdag here we come!
BUT, yes there is a but, I don’t know about you, but my legs are not ready to be shown to the world. We are talking a serious blinding issue due to the whiteness of my sticks. So, the self-tanning has to come out to create some subtle summer glow. Thank God is self-tanning not what it used to be and these products are sure to give you that natural glow we all wish we had.
The dry-oil from Nuxe gives a beautiful glow for a one-day show. It dries quick in the skin, washes easy off and smells awesome.
Tip: Remember to scrub your skin first, add a light moisturizer, let it dry in and then apply self-tanning. Don’t forget to wash your hands well after application. Orange hands are not very sexy!;)

It’s an art to create invisible make-up. One trick for a soft and subtle summer glow is to use cream products. This cute poster show in what sequence you should apply the products.
